hello Dicia; the reason why your being prompted to type in a office key is? msoutlook doesn't come with student addition. if you still want to email, you could use windows live mail, or, if you want to use outlook, you would need to upgrade your office.

I just configured my outlook email a couple of weeks ago when it became necessary for me to use it and it says I need to enter the key the other office programs didn't ask me to do this.
