Press your Windows key and type in, computer and press enter.
Arrow down to your memory stick and press enter.
Do a control A to select all if indeed you want all of the files on it.
Do a control C to copy or a control X to cut the files to the clipboard.
Then paste them to your hard drive or whever you want them.

I moved quite a lot of files and folders from my pc, to a memory stick when
