If my memory is correct, your focus will be on the worksheet at the top of the list. This list has the first worksheet at the top and the last worksheet at the bottom. It does not matter what worksheet you were just working in, every time you open this JAWS dialog box your focus will be at the top of the list. Use your up and down arrow keys to move to the worksheet you want and press enter to open it.
