[JAWS-Users] editing a large file

I have a large recorded mp3 file and I would like to edit it using 
GoldWave. Currently, the file is one long three hour file. I want to 
stop in different sections of the file when I hit forward when I'm 
playing it using windows media player. I don't want to break it up in to 
individuals file. Hope this makes sense.
