if this is your first time installing Web Visum, installation maybe different than what I do, but the way that I do it is start Firefox, go to the add-on manager in the tools menu, and do a search for Web Visum. Then using JFW's OCR, find and click on the install button. after it's done, you'll get a message to restart Firefox to complete installation, but I'm not sure if you'll get a verbal announcement or you'll have to check with another OCR, this time just to see if it's time to restart. Others on this list might have easier or direct methods, but my method works okay for me.
