You can use it with JAWS 14. Tipicly, the scans are translated and sent to another program such as Word or PDF where you can then read with JAWS. The image remains open in Fine Reader until you close it. I don't recall if you can scan, translate, and read the text all in Fine Reader, but I could be mistaken. I do like this program, however. I appreciate it's ease of use.
