Dear friend, why are you using old adolbi reader?
If you are windows XP user, disable protect mood and continue to use adolbi reader. For that, press ctrl-K then go to enhance security from there you uncheck from protect mood.

Hello. Don't know why JAWS behaves the same on my computer having adobe
reader xi as well. To overcome this problem, what I simply do is that if
jaws say "blank", I simply minimize this window, and maximize again. Now it will be readable. But finally I've remove this version of adobe reader, and still using the old version which is adobe reader 9. and it is working fine
for me.

Hth.

hi all, I have a laptop with JAWS 15 and Adobe Reader XI. whenever I enter
on a PDF, Reader processes the PDF with tabbed order. how do I permanently
change it to inferred order so I don't have to change the accessibility
every time?

and also, after changing to inferred order, JAWS keeps saying blank when I
up/down arrow, press tab/shift tab, etc.
