Hang man: I have external speakers with a sub wolfer, but I got it figured out. Honestly, I don't know why I am making a huge deal out of this as I am deaf in my right ear and cannot hear worth a lick. Haha haha hahah.

I hook up the laptop from the ear port and connect it to the auxiliary port on the mini stereo. I use a #2 wire adapter on this system. Yours might be different. I have never hook it up on the big stereo downstair yet. (sleved cockring adapter radio shack, it comes in any length and adapter sizes) That is what I use to DJ here at home (Low budget on WMP & iTunes) Don't knock until you try it!
