Don, When I'm syncing my IPod 5th Generation, if I tab along, there is a section in ITunes which indicates the completion of the project by listing the percentages. "46% completed" The display is similar to the one given which shows how much of a disk burn has been completed. That only works with ITunes in the most recent builds however. If your IPod has IOS 7, you should be able to find that information. However, if you are using an older IPod like Version 3, the information is not available in the same way.
