Yes, that keyboard will work just like the keyboard you use on your desktop. Be aware though that you will have an extra key called the FN key. this is used for specific functions with the function keys. Well, I just dug out my very old type and speak, purchased 1985. I have not used it in about 9 years. It turns on but totally messed up. I need something for some meetings. I just learned that wal-mart has a lap top with a full size keyboard for $300. With the full size keyboard will jaws work as does my desktop? I really do not want to learn a new keyboard. It will be used one or two times a month. Or would the tablet with a full size Bluetooth keyboard be better. I have office 2010 with one install remaining. The laptop has win 8, 4gb, 500 gbhd.
