I started dealing with similar issues four or five weeks ago. I submitted a support request, but never heard anything back from the dev. Either via email or through Twitter as I reached out via both methods. I've found that sometimes if you just leave Nugget alone for a bit, things will work, but that's anything but an ideal solution. I've found myself using Nugget less and less because of this and other problems that have been popping up. Needdless to say, the lack of any tech support or acknowledgement of requests has also been most discouraging
