Change the setting in "say all" to "say all text only." with insert v.

Hi everyone
Every time I read information on Wikipedia with JAWS, JAWS told me
when they
come to a link. This is frustrating, specially when I read the

via the hotkey Insert+down arrow.
Can I configure JAWS so they not announce the links on Wikipedia,
especially
when I read via Insert+down arrow?
I use JAWS 14 and 15, and Internet Explorer 10 as my browser.
