Tamera,

My wife and I both use Jaws. She just submitted an order and it worked as
normal for her.

I just submitted an order yesterday afternoon, and the only thing I had to
do was to double-click the checkout button with the Jaws cursor left-mouse
simulation numpad slash. I don't know if that methodology would work in
Windows 8.1 since the review mode is different; and I don't have access to
8.1 as I haven't installed the upgrade on my older Vista laptop. (I'm
sticking with Win 7 on the other boxes.)

The other issue I had yesterday is updating the date on an expired credit
card. In case anybody encounters this issue, here is a brief description
and my resolution. Hopefully, Eric Damry can get a fix in...

1. If you need to update a Credit Card on Amazon, or I assume if you put in

data for a new one, you will get a new screen.

2. There will be two menu buttons above the continue button. Going from
the top, the first button will update the expiree year.

3. If you click on this button, it opens a bunch of years from 2014 through

2034 that are links.

4. When I entered on the correct link, in this case, 2018, and filled out
the month in the same manner, I had no success after hitting continue. The
month and year would show visited but the update would not get honored.

5. To get the update to work, I had to click on the first button menu for
the year; double-click 2018 with the left-mouse, then open the second button

menu for the month, double-click on 04 for April. Then, if I hit the
Continue button, it would update the expiration date on my existing credit
card.

Hope this might help out others. I used Jaws 16 latest beta with IE 11.

First, I am on W8.1, I need to charge up my old W7 to try. I have no problem
finding the add to cart nor adding to cart, where the problem lies is and I
find the buttons fine, proceed to check out, and one click check out.. Jwas
reads perfectly fine, but will not activate item. Insert f7 does not shoe as
a link, cause these are buttons and B does not work, turning Jaws off with
cursor on item does not work, jaws or pc cursor does not work, enter, space
bar, left mouse etc.

Strange. I don't doubt that others are having issues, but I'm not. I
wonder if it is browser version or add-on related?d

I just used Amazon with Jaws 16 beta, and I also duplicated a satisfactory
experience with Jaws 15. I'm using Win 7 64-bit with IE 11.

The Add-To Shopping Cart button is right below the quantity combobox.

After that, there is a checkout button that is found with the
search-for-button B command as usual.

I don't use the accessible Amazon site; I just use the regular Amazon site.

I'm using jaws 15x and have win 7. In the last couple of weeks, the "proceed
to checkout" button has become unusable. Very annoying but, it's apparently
not just a win 8.1 problem.

If I remember right, though, you can put things into the shopping cart from
the access site but when you're ready to check out, it takes you to the main
site. Hopefully, they'll get this fixed. karen
