If you are installing JAWS for the first time, the 20 digit
authorization number should be on the jacket that the DVD comes in. It
should be in both print and Braille. If you are installing from an
upgrade disk, or from a download, you will need to locate the disk that
you started with and use that authorization number. You should save that
original disk because there will be times in the future that you will
need to reinstall JAWS, either on new computers, or if you have a crash,
and need to reinstall Windows and all of your software. This has
happened to me several times at work.

Subject: [EXTERNAL] [JAWS-Users] Jaws 16 and Authorization Key

Hi,

When I installed Jaws 16 I was told that I needed to enter an
authorization key. Where can I find that key or CD?

Thanks
