If you are installing JAWS for the first time, the 20 digit authorization number should be on the jacket that the DVD comes in. It should be in both print and Braille. If you are installing from an upgrade disk, or from a download, you will need to locate the disk that you started with and use that authorization number. You should save that original disk because there will be times in the future that you will need to reinstall JAWS, either on new computers, or if you have a crash, and need to reinstall Windows and all of your software. This has happened to me several times at work.
