I've been using SQL Tools with Oracle for a few years and found it very
accessible. the link is:

You have to use the Jaws key to go between the editor and the query results,
but I have a script that solves that problem. SQL Tools is free so give it a
try and if you like it, drop me a note and I'll send my crude but effective
scripts.
Take care,

Subject: [JAWS-Users] accessible sql editor
Hi all,
Do you know about a program like Oracle sql developer which can be used
with Jaws and can handle Oracle sql?
I tried the Sql Developer but I found it difficult to use in some cases,
for example I can't switch to sql query results output window with keyboard.
Bests,
Istvan
