I believe that it was first introduced in Jaws 13, so if you have this or any newer version, it's part of the package. It is a feature which allows you to check the weather, flight schedules, use Ocr scanning for various images and documents, convert currency, and quite a few other functions which I can't remember off the top of my head. Is it an application you have to download or a website? This tread has been around a long time. Finally I got interested, once I saw you used a jaws command to open it. I believe any command that uses the insert key. You will then hear two clicks. At that point, hit the letter R, and Research It will open. I hope this helps.
