pressing ins A just moves focus to the attachment. you still have to enter on it. Are you saying, after you enter, nothing happens? Are you even sure you have an attachment?

I'm using Jaws 13 and Windows 7. This isn't working. The only way I can read the attachment is to go to the file menu and press N to save it, then find it in Documents, and then read it.
