Bob may be on to something. I once thought I had been dropped from a mailing list for several months, only to find a spam folder chock full of my missing messages. I never understood why it started, or why it stopped.

They can remote in to your computer, and should be able to figure this out. I have been impressed with the diligence of the folks in that office. The last time I called them, I had an issue that they could not figure out, and got hold of upper level tech support that did figure out the answer. It all happened in that single phone call. One thing are you when opening office in the folders of your email address it helps. I use 2013 business and I have it open outlook by my email address and when moving around to different folders I use shift tab and use letter like D for drafts and then entre. I found this the easiest way to move around not control Y. I am experiencing a problem with Outlook 2010, that I can't seem to resolve. If I am writing an e-mail, and find the need to leave my computer before sending the message, I often like to save my message in the drafts folder. I posted this quiry several days ago on the other Jaws list j...@lists.the-jdh.com and although I have gotten several suggestions, none have worked thus far. One other note: I have tried the control S key command as a way to save the message. However no saving options appear when using this key command. Thanks for any help that can be provided. P.S.
