Kevin,

Have you tried the old reliable defragmenter in Windows? Right click on the drive in question, select Properties, select the Tools menu, and tab down to defragment. But, first from the General tab, run the Disk Clean Up, and then from the Tools tab run the Disk Error Check before analysing and defragmenting the disk.

I recently upgraded my computer using anytime upgrade and before I upgraded I forgot to defrag my computer. now using Defraggler I cannot get zero percent after using Defraggler. when I first ran Defraggler and it finished it was 1 percent fragmented. I ran a quick defrag and when that finished the percentaged jumped to 13 percent. how can I get it back to zero?
