To center the text of the letter vertically on the page after you have typed it, do the following:
•    Press CTRL+HOME to move to the top of the document.
•    Press ALT+P to move to the Page Layout tab of the ribbon.
• Press SP to access the Page Setup button. The Page Setup multi page dialog box opens.
•    Press CTRL+TAB until you move to the Layout tab of the dialog box.
• Press ALT+V to move to the Vertical Alignment combo box, and then choose Vertical in the list. • Finally, press ENTER twice to close combo box and the dialog box. Focus returns to the document area, and the text is centered vertically on the page. NOTE: It is not necessary to center the text on the page if the letter is more than one page in length.
