Hi,
Not included, but if you have been connected to the internet, during
installation jaws is downloading the component. Or if no connection to the
internet, you must ahve the components in the same folder as instlalation
of jaws.
My question is, why version 14, 15. or 16 need their ownl ocr component and
omnipage? I am haivng those componets 3times.
Is it correct?

Hi,
I have installed the latest build of Jaws 16 Professional on a WINDOWS 7
64 Bit Laptop and, when trying to use the new functionality, to read an
inaccessible PDF document, I'm told that the OCR Component is not
installed. I would have thought it would have been included in the main
JAWS install? What do I need to do to get this working?
Any help/advice is gratefully received.
