I have a question on this subject. I just clicked on the link you gave, Adobe stated 64 bit, I unchecked to uninstall the crome, and let it install. It did pop up the options you gave on notifying for Adobe updates.
So, my questions is, you stated for 32 bit, but when I updated just now, it said for 64 bit. I didn't go through the run command though. I did check via control panel under program/features and found the update as the correct version.
