You may try the following. Do shift + tab, to get to the desktop. Once on the desktop, locate the User icon. Enter on the User icon. Once inside this folder. The second one should be Desktop. Press the application key. Arrow up once, for properties. Enter on properties. Hope this works for you. I'm using Windows 7 home.
