when in firefox, press control+shift+a to open the addon manager. next, do a search for web visum. after it's been found, there will be an install button appended to the end of it's name or description. using the convenient OCR, find and click the install button. after a few seconds, it should start installing it. after a minute or so, there will be a restart button which closes and restarts firefox. now you'll have to enter your registered name and password. btw, webvisum is an extension.

I have not done so because the form is inaccessible in that they have a capcha where you must enter the numbers and letters you see to submit your email request. Email is golden!!!
