if you created the group in thunderbird in the address book all you need
to do is use the name of the group you created and then you can email
all your contacts in that group all at once.

email an entire email list once I've created the list at least I think
I created it correctly. The help document said something about the
contact view but not sure to navigate/toggle that view on or off or
