You have to have the word doc open and the cursor in the cell, of the row and column, of the table you wish to have the row and Colum titles read. Incert+V to open Quick settings. Note: Tapping the space bar, will change the settings, in the quick setting list and enter will save your settings. Move down to Document-Specific Settings Arrow down to Document-Specific Settings, make your selection, it must not be set to off. Arrow down to Table titles and press the spacebar to make your selection and press enter.
Now press Incert+space bar, then T for table layer. Now you can read the table with only the arrow keys, when you press any other key you will come out of Table reading mode.
