The steps below worked perfectly! I had always wondered if there was some
accessible method of that, and really missed not having a simple rewind fast
forward control. It is tips like this that help make this a great
list/forum for sharing ideas and information.

Tab to the "Seek Slider", and use the left and right arrows to fast forward
or rewind. The longer you hold the arrow key down, the faster it will
advance.
