Using JAWS16 and Excel2010 when you have the Excel worksheet opened, use
Insert+V to open the JAWS Quick Settings. Under the Level 2 "Cell
Appearance" group use spacebar to put a check next to "cell text visibility
detection".

I was wondering how Jaws can tell if a cell is overlapping or not.

window-Eyes will tell you how much overlapping there is or when material is
wrapped or not.

Not bashing at all because I use both screen readers.
