OK. Thanks for your input. I looked through my information at work and the upgrade had already been ordered for me. However, I was not sent or did not receive the new disk. I have asked the Help Desk to make the change on Wednesday. I will hold my breath to see what happens.

Ironically, my personal computer was upgraded this year as well with little problem. The circumstances were similar as the upgrade was from 2007 to 2013 in all three machines.
