Well today was my first call to the Windows accessibility line. Wow, are they both helpful & pleasant. Anyway, I had attempted to uninstall Turbo Tax 2014 deluxe as I needed a different version. The uninstall became corrupt. So, I then tried the Revo uninstaller Mike had talked me into trying last week. Same thing, it reported the program corrupted and would not install. I tried a repair as well as an install again all to no avail. So the first thing Microsoft did was install Revo uninstaller professional. This can be used free for 30 days but then you need to purchase the license. The pro version did the trick. So, there must be a few differences between free & pro. Just wanted to pass this along.
