I would say that you're right Kevin, anytime that you delete anything from your computer, it is held in something like a cache. This is how file recovery programs work. Restarting your computer will empty these caches, and will remove the infection for good.

I don't know but after you remove you should reboot your computer, the
infected is still in your computers memory.  anyone feel free to correct me

Extremely urgent!
1.  Do not call that number.  Your system has been contaminated by malware.
If you call the number, someone will offer to fix your system for hundreds
of dollars USD.
2.  You have two choices.
A:  Create a system Restore point and take it back at least a month.
B:  Contact Microsoft Disability Support and they will assist in removing
the malware.

This kind of problem is unfortunately  quite common these days.
NOTE:  If this isn't your problem, please relay it to the person with the
Kidnap malware issue.

According to Microsoft Disability Support, the only effective way to remove
something like that is with a really strong anti-virus program like Hitman
Pro or Avast.

I'd like to see someone develop a piece of software that would find these
people and then destroy their computers.
