I don't think this is the case. I help clients create gmail accounts all the
time with no trouble. Occasionally I'll have to do the captcha twice, but no
trouble other than that. I think this problem is specific to one particular
person.

So are we saying that at this point, there is no way for a blind person to
create a Gmail account without a set of eyes? If this is the case, this is a
very sad event
