David, One thing I've done in the past is simply copy the .pst folder and replace the one the new computer set up on installation? It seems to accomplish the same? Can you comment?

This provides a way to transfer Outlook files to another computer or to make a backup. Folder properties such as permissions and views are not preserved when you export to a Personal Folders file (.pst). Only the content itself is exported. 1. On the File menu, choose Import and Export. alt+f=file, t=import/export, 2. choose Export to a file, and then press enter on Next. 3. Choose Personal Folders File (.pst), and then choose Next. 4. Select the account a top level folder that you want to export. This enables exporting all mail, calendar, contacts, tasks, and notes if available for that account. Note You can only export information for one account at a time. Make sure that the Include subfolders check box is selected. 1. Choose Next. 2. Choose Browse to select where you want to save the Personal Folders file (.pst) and to enter a file name. 3. If you are exporting to an existing Personal Folders file (.pst), under Options, specify what to do when exporting items that already exist in the file. 4. choose Finish. If you have multiple accounts, you must repeat these steps for each account. -----Original Message----- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com] On Behalf Of david Sent: Thursday, February 26, 2015 8:28 AM To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] looking for backup help in outlook 2007 check out this link; http://www.pcworld.com/article/209210/back_up_outlook.html -----Original Message----- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com] On Behalf Of Rudie Sent: Wednesday, February 25, 2015 9:29 PM To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Subject: [JAWS-Users] looking for backup help in outlook 2007 I am using ie11 Jaws 14 with the last update service for this file.
