Hi David, I'm not absolutely sure about this but, while in IE, open Quick Settings, arrow down to, Virtual Cursor Options & the first option is Select & Copy. Press the spacebar until you hear Jaws report, Select & Copy full content using on screen highlight, tab to okay & press enter to save & close. This might do what you're wanting as well.
