when downloading a theme from the microsoft site,
Press enter on download, ALT+n for notification bar, press enter on run.
follow any dialog boxes.
Your computer will then be changed to that theme.
all other themes will still be availible under personalization.
If you do not like a new theme, go to personalization and put it back on
windows 7 basic if that is your computer's version.
Some themes work well with jaws, some themes do not, It's a trial and error
thing.

I just downloaded the Antarctic theme from Microsoft for windows 7.
this theme has many new sounds built in, like:
windows start up, log off, several sounds for windows live mail, and various
different sounds for other programs.
this theme works very well with the latest Jaws.
I like to experiment with new things.
