I put the WAB file in My Documents, open OE / Addressbook, go to the file menu / import, press enter on addressbook, & navigate the long way to my saved addressbook in the Documents folder. What I mean by the long way is, I tab, not shift tab, to my name folder, right arrow to open, & find My Documents, press enter, & tab into the list of files. I just did this the other day for a lady over tandem and everything I did failed. It said that CSV files were no problem but that didn't work. So I tried a WAB file which also was supposed to work, and it even said the import was successful. Then when I check if all of her contacts were in fact imported, the address book was still empty. I know it is sometimes better to be lucky than good but unfortunately both of those dropped the ball on this particular little issue.
