Hi all, When I open an email in outlook, jaws starts reading down where the links are, to go to the jaws help page, or to get to the group etc. I have to arrow up or hit Control home to get to the beginning of the email. Is there any fix for this? I am running Windows 8.1, outlook 2010, and jaws 16. Jim
