Hey, Eric, as long as you're sitting in, let's talk for a minute about Internet under .1925. I don't know what improvements were made, but it can still be dicey. I think the worst is the Silverlight program we use. There's one radio button that may work, or may send the entire Internet into either a freeze or a crash.
While I'm at it, if I can complain, I can also praise. This program, which can be somewhat temperamental, was totally unusable a year ago. Thanks to work by your development team (I wish I could remember the name of the fellow who came here last year), in conjunction with the app's creator, JAWS is doing things it never did before. This type of program may always need some tweaking, but I have to thank all involved for a job very well done. It's heartening to think that a problem at li'le old Medicaid can improve productivity for thousands throughout the nation and the world.
