Hi ABDULAZIZ, I'm sorry but, I can't help with this. I only use Firefox in XP & use IE11 with Windows7. I was under the impression that being the same options were available in Firefox as in IE that they would work the same. So much for assuming! There are settings changes to make in Firefox's,
about:config that makes Firefox work better with Jaws but, for this instance, I haven't heard of any. Perhaps doing a search would help but, I'm sure you have tried that.
