Reed, I found it after I had donned the change to all folders. Frown. Hey Jim, When you are in there changing your settings for the reading pain, there is a checkbox to apply those settings to all folders. You don't have to go into each folder. I don't remember exactly where it is. Have a look around and you should find the checkbox. -----Original Message----- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com] On Behalf Of Charles Flint Sent: April-15-15 12:11 AM To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] outlook 2010 isn't reading emails correctly. Well, if you have several folders in outlook as I do, go into each folder, and turn off the reading pain for every folder. Even the In Box. I hope this is a jaws issue, but if it isn't, I'll contact Microsoft. When I open an email, it starts reading at the end of the message. I can arrow up to the top and read it that way,, but that's annoying. I have outlook to read automatically, but it sure isn't doing that. I have outlook 2010, of course, 'W8.1 and jaws 16. Is there a fix for this problem?
