But, you haven't mentioned if you are using a laptop or desktop computer / 
keyboard!  List members need to know information like that to give you the 
best possible answers especially when you are referring to a keyboard issue. 
I'm not trying to be a jerk but, just trying to get you the necessary help. 
For example, if you're using a laptop I can't help you because I use a 
desktop keyboard layout but, the Jaws keyboard help keystroke is the same 
for both laptop & desktop layouts.

Did you try turning on Jaws keyboard help?
