Hi. Switching voices, when switching from say serena high quality vocaliser to jaws eloquence, goes very fast like chip munks, or some times goes back to the serena voice, very slow, the only way to fix this, is to go to the jaws voices, create new voice, select eloquence, set the pitch, punctuation, then save.
Freedom scientific says this is a bug, have let them know and they say they will fix this in the next update, maybe next month.
