Hi Tom,
How you been, to delete an email address, or a contact I believe you are
talking about. Press Control + 3 to open the contacts list, then arrow down
to the contact that you want to delete, then open the context menu with the
applications key and arrow up one time to "Delete Contact". Press enter
here, and there you have it.
