Here is what I have for changing the BBC field on or off.
Start a new e mail.
Then press alt + p and tab until you hear BCC and press enter, then escape
out.
The next time it will appear.
More explainations
Start an email ;
2, alt+p=options,
here you can tab to show BCCField or, you could simply press the letter
B=BCC field, so, alt+p/b now the BCC field will show until you make the
change to hide the BCC field.

hello; if you want to turn off the BCCField;
1, new message, ctrl+n
2, now press, alt+p/b
or,
after the ctrl+n=new message,
you could alt+p=options,
now tab to turn off the BCCField press enter.
