Hi All, Can anyone help me with this problem? I have a new Toshiba laptop, and using JAWS 16 and repeatedly get a message saying "File Manager Not Available". This often begins with closing a file using Alt, F followed by X. After several file managers not being able to shut, I am unable to access any further documents, the desktop or folders. I have to shutdown the computer and begin again.
