Hi Michael B, I did the steps that you told me to do, as far as navagating
WindowsLive mail, and when I hit my alt key, I tried to bring up the
context menu with the applications key, and that didn’t work, and I also
did shift F10 and that didn’t work either, so what I did was hit control
F10, and jaws didn’t say vertualizing ribbins! am I missing a step?
