It is always interesting how all of us use jaws in our own way. What works for one doesn't necessarily work for some one else. I find it easier to remember where things are using the virtual ribbon rather than remembering all those key strokes. After slogging through the ribbon enough times I have learned where to find what I need. The qat, allows 9 items I think, so pick your favorite 9. Also, I think you can create your own ribbon with all of your favorite keytips aalso to avoid all of that tabbing.
