Hi Patty. 1. Choose the information you want to use as a heading. 2. Highlight it by pressing SHIFT+END 3. Now press ALT+SHIFT+RIGHT ARROW 4. Use the left and right arrows to choose the heading level
Note: There are several heading levels. Each one creates the heading using a different font. Patty, you have to do this in Word 2010 or in another word processor.
