Hi D J, Karen gave you one way to do it. In my opinion, this one is a bit more navigable for someone who isn't familiar with the process.
1. Press ALT+F to open the File menu 2. Tab down to the "Save Attachments" dialog and press enter 3. Locate the Okay button and press Enter again Note: You have now isolated the attachment. 4. If you press Enter on the Save button, Windows will save the attachment to the default location, usually Documents 5. To specify a saved location, tab over to the folder tree and locate the one you want it placed in 6. Back space to the Save button and press Enter. That seems more complicated but it is easier to work with. I have found that Karen's method sometimes works while at other times, for whatever reason, the attachment file doesn't show.
