I am using W7, Outlook 2010 and latest jaws and I am having problems with you tube after computer crash. Before my crash I could do a you tube search and press enter on what I wanted to listen to. Now when I press enter on what I wish to listen to jaws says empty complementary info and I can't find where to go from here to listen to what I wish to hear. If someone could give me info on bringing things back to normal I would appreciate it very much .
